Of course! Pets find comfort in having their own bed & toys from home. We ask that all bedding is machine washable and all items are expendable.

We encourage all guests to bring their dog's regular food, especially for those with sensitive stomachs. Please label all items. We ask that you do not bring large full size bags of kibble, smaller containers will be appreciated. Please only bring the amount of food & treats that you expect us to use during your pets stay. We will not accept kibble with artificial coloring such as Beneful or Kibbles and Bits. All canned food must have easy open pull tabs.

There is no additional charge for medications. We want your pet to be happy and healthy.

We feed our guests 4-Health Salmon & Potato kibble and 4-Health canned food.

 Please inform us of any food allergens or restrictions your pet may have.

We open their 16ft long outdoor runs at 8am and close the kennel for the night by 10pm. All boarding packages include morning and evening walks or playtimes.

Yes, of course. Tours are welcome during business hours, please call ahead so we can greet you outside.

If you cannot come during our business hours, you may request to come early or late. The fee for attendant service outside of our regular hours is $30.

If your dog becomes ill, we will immediately call your vet. If they are unavailable we will use a local vet.

We have the expertise to accommodate fearful and aggressive dogs. Please call Lisa with any questions or concerns about your pet's unique needs. If your dog cannot be walked due to behavioral or medical reasons, a discounted rate of $10 per day will be applied.

We require a 7 day notice of cancellation. Due to scheduling, we will bill for the full length of the reservation dates.
